TAM Members Receive:

  • Year-round public policy advocacy before the Texas Legislature, committees of jurisdiction, and regulatory agencies
  • Year-round media relations efforts to reinforce the importance of manufacturing in the Texas economy; to showcase manufacturers’ leadership in innovation and technology; and to promote policies that protect manufacturing jobs
  • Members-only access to legislative resources, tracking tools, bill analysis, and weekly strategy meetings during the legislative session
  • Access to the TAM Environmental Regulatory Subcommittee, which:
    • Creates a forum where TAM member companies can collaborate on legal and regulatory environmental challenges
    • Increases TAM’s advocacy efforts with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) based on issues identified and input generated from the Subcommittee
    • Executes regulatory and legislative solutions for TAM members’ environmental issues
